    Due to my job as a carer I have used many pharmacies in and around the area. I have to say Kemsing is by far, the best and I'm so pleased it is my local one. The staff in there go over and above to help, always friendly and informative. My whole family go in frequently and are always greeted by name and a friendly face. I have to pick up many prescriptions for clients and have had problems else where with lack of stock, communication issues etc, at Kemsing there is never a problem. Keep up the amazing work guys... it really makes a difference. Thank you

    Used this chemist for over a year but had to remove all prescriptions from being sent. Half was never given, nor in and the woman in there as said in other reviews is completely rude. Think another area would suit this person best!!

    Went here a couple of weeks ago to find some meds as I was feeling really unwell with a migraine and was in the area. I was firstly ignored when I went in and then when I was spoken to by the pharmacist (I presume), it was 'name?'. I told them I didn't have a prescription request and would like some meds to which I was told they didn't have what I needed. She then went back to talking to someone in the back of the shop and I left. Wouldn't bother going back I thought she was exceptionally rude, unfriendly and unprofessional.

    Always a friendly greeting and atmosphere in the kemsing Pharmacy, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble whether just getting a prescription filled or buying something over the counter. Always a smile and happy face. We are lucky to have it in our village.
