   Fantastic pharmacy. Always help me with a day or two's supply of medicine if the prescription hasn't come through yet. Very friendly people, always have a smile for you. Efficient, too, with much shorter waiting times than at Herbert Road. Great place!

   Worst Pharmacy in the area never picks up phone calls have to ring several times or have to come in even while there not busy the shop is empty phone calls never answered, the woman there are always chatting away on there phone or with each other laughing around whilst I went for my familys medication They are not helpful at all never helpful with anything. Please Stay away and don't go to this pharmacy, Terrible Customer Service

   Very helpful and nice staff, never have to wait too long. They made a minor error (its a very common error and every other pharmacy I've used has made this small mistake), but this is the only pharmacy to go out of their way to rectify it. V grateful.

   Terrible customer service. Lack of respect for waiting customers. Customer had brought her items, left the queue. I and an elderly gentleman were waiting outside. The previous customer decided to continue shopping, even interrupted me to ask questions, we were not given service until she was allowed to buy what she wanted, even though she had already brought her items and was exiting the shop. Terrible service and a lack of rest.

   This place will not give you a receipt unless you specifically request one, but will not exchange any faulty goods that they have sold you without a receipt! A typical shyster trick. They are also very offhand with their customers. Don't put your money in their till, give it to somebody more honourable and better mannered.
