    Had a 24 hr BP monitoring here on Tues/Wednesday requested by Dr. The Consultation room physician was lovely and calming and all was successful. No issues with the BP monitor and results are transmitted to yr Dr by email......no form filling.

    Poor service. Booked a Covid booster twice at this location (I meet the criteria for having it). Twice cancelled with no explanation and the appointment time was made available again. Don’t waste you time calling them as they never pick up. Poor poor service. Won’t bother using them again.

    Very poor service!!! It takes at least 5-7 working days to get the prescription ready! They forget to message when it's ready and say they don't have your contact number in the system!!! And don't even try to call them as they can't even be bothered to answer the calls for days in a row!!! They don't communicate to each other, Tuesday shift have no idea what the ones on Monday shift did, Can't find orders in the system!!! Not using them again!

    The experience I've had a this pharmacy is absolutely terrible my medication is always late, no I don't have the medications in Stock and have to order When prescription is ready medication is missing Prescriptions meant to be delivered on multiple different occasions of had to go and collect I would recommend using 7-day pharmacy at the other end of welling high Street

    Messed up my rolling, quarterly prescription on the last 3 occasions. Tried to blame my GP for not sending when in reality it was supposed to be automatic. Now using the 7 Day Chemist up the road.
