   This pharmacy used to be a nightmare. But has completely turned around in the last 2 years or so. I suspect a change of ownership or management. It's 5 mins walk from us but I used to get in the car and go out of my way to go somewhere with decent service. Totally different story now. If like me you stopped using it back in the day, give it a try. Hopefully you too won't be disappointed.

   Had 4 interactions recently, one being a for a flu jab, staff all very welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly. Shop is well stocked with what appears to be at least one of each item type expected. Shame the shop front is semi regularly vandalised.

   FLU JAB. This was booked and paid for in advance. I attended and was informed they could not give the jab as they had run out. I had to leave work early as the appointments are 9 to 5pm Mon to Fri. They did not bother to notify me in advance as was required and to add insult to injury, my refund would take up to five days. Don't bother with them, waste of time with little thought to their customers. The chemist in Morrisons, Thamesmead is much better and cheaper. No appointment needed, £12 if you have Morrisons card, £15 if not, compared to £17.99 at Well!

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am currently on my 70th attempt at getting through to the pharmacy. The line either rings and cuts out or is engaged. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that my prescription will be ready to collect the next day but a week on I'm still waiting. The staff are unhelpful with a couldn't care less attitude. Avoid!

   I've never seen anyone as rude as the women in her late 40's early 50's ,she is horrible and Rude I don't understand why she works in a chemist either she hates her job or she hates people specially foreign people ,she thinks she Is doing you a favour. Well chemist company should look into this as its not acceptable to be rude to people for no reason and especially when you have a very low score and complaint from customers I hate going to the pharmacy when she is there unfortunately I have no choice

   I have never seen anyone as rude as the lady who saw working in the pharmacy! Firstly she was very rude to her colleague who was service- a lady who looked in her 70's. She just yelled at her in front of customers and said about me as I had to wait or leave as she is so busy!! After they offer me option to leave or come back anyway. I said I could wait. After 5 min they told me they were out of stock without even looking at my prescription! Outrages.

   They have had my prescription since the 12/1/22 and yet today (21/1/22) 9 days later, it still isn't ready! I have never had this problem with a pharmacy having my script for over a week and it's not being ready, this is pain medication that is essential to me being able to function. I am lucky i pre-ordered it but if its not ready on monday i am going to have a problem The lady that told me it wasnt ready was blunt in telling me they will text me when it's ready, and offered no apology and clearly didn't know or care why it wasnt ready over a week later. Will not be using this pharmacy again, i suggest you send your prescriptions somewhere else. Update: 12 days later, still no prescription or text saying its ready. Such bad service
