   Terrible pharmacy. I went their with my 9 year old daughter, after being encouraged by the GP surgery. One thing was clear, the staff were completely disinterested in their customers. They couldn't care less and wouldn't even look at my daughter's foot (warts). They wanted me to tell whether it feels soft etc. I was not going to diagnose. I thought they were the health experts. They get a 0 from me for customer service.

   Disappointed with the service. I tried to exchange an unopened item (over the counter cream) that I purchased just two days ago, but the staff refused, saying it was “not shop policy.” There was no clear notice of this policy at the time of purchase, which is very frustrating and unfair to customers. I expected better customer service and flexibility. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. Also, browsing the range of products they are extortionate. Go to Tesco/ Asda where you can buy the same things for 1/3 off!

   One of the most unpleasant pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had — avoid if you can. My visit to this pharmacy left me genuinely shocked. Even with four or more staff members standing around, not one person made the slightest effort to help. I waited far longer than anyone reasonably should, completely ignored while staff chatted among themselves or moved around with zero sense of responsibility. When I finally pushed to be served, the attitude I received was astonishingly careless. The staff behaved as if simple questions were an inconvenience. And the worst part? When I voiced my frustration, they practically shrugged it off and encouraged me to complain, with an attitude that made it crystal clear they had no interest in improving the situation. It was the kind of dismissiveness that tells you they’ve stopped caring a long time ago. A pharmacy should be a place of respect, professionalism, and support — especially for people and elderly dealing with health issues. Instead, this visit left me feeling neglected, disrespected, and seriously questioning why a team so uninterested in basic service is even working in healthcare. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to choose a different pharmacy. There are plenty of places where customers are treated with basic courtesy and attention — this one simply isn’t one of them.

   I had a painful and a negative experience at this pharmacy. I went there for a blood collection, 2 different nurses tried one time each to collect it but failed to draw enough blood. I have never experienced issues with blood collection in the past.

   I always pick up my prescriptions from this pharmacy. There are always a lot of staff available and medicines seem to be always stocked (have had to wait few days at other places). Shop floor has been clean and tidy during my visits and there’s plenty of space for pushchairs, wheel chairs etc. only problem I have had is when I visit for non prescription purposes. Have been brushed off when going in for advice which led to a major infection (was advised by gp to go see pharmacist for help). Also staff couldn’t help with advice on how to use certain products. Overall I would go for easy pick ups and for products that I know of but not for anything further than that

   Probably the worst pharmacy is Barking. Waited 25mins for a prescription. First told the medicines out of stock 5mins later its in stock. 25mins later still waiting and i was the only one there first 10mins. I was front of the que. Really rude staff and useless pharmacist.

   Hopeless and brainless team. They don’t know how to treat customers. Idiots never try to look into the system And providing wrong informations. Knowingly or unknowingly don’t visit them. Management should appoint able employees to run business

   I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the manager Sunil, he went through hell and back to help me. I came to this pharmacy last week and he was patient with me. He answered all my questions and queries and was very knowledgeable. He knew what I needed and I would 100% be going back there. I don’t really like pharmacies (for obvious reasons) but I was definitely appeased with the managers customer skills and positive attitude. Thank you once again Sunil and hope to see you soon.    Amazing Pharmacy, professional and courteous. Great customer service and really caring individuals, never have to wait around for long. There’s enough pharmacists working and everyone gets seen to quite quickly. They’ll even ask on a regular basis if you’ve been seen to which I really like. Kwabs is a gentleman, really professional and attentive, knows his stuff. Not sure what they’re paying them here but they all need a pay rise, most certainly a bonus!

   Absolutely brilliant pharmacy, I have my mum’s medication prepared there (dosset box) and staff are friendly and professional. They make all the requests from the GP before had so there literally is nothing for you to do other than collect! Amazing stuff and keep it up
