   I am extremely disappointed with the service at Asda Pharmacy, Dagenham. As a parent of premature triplets born just two weeks ago, I was informed by the hospital that I could receive free nappies from Asda Pharmacies, up to 5 packs per baby. When I visited this branch, I was only given one pack, with staff stating they had no more in stock. I also tried to get other medicines, but they were unavailable too. This is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. To offer a service and then not fulfil it is a waste of people's time, particularly when dealing with the needs of vulnerable newborns. I would suggest they close the pharmacy if they cannot provide the services they advertise.

   Still very poor service, went for a blood pressure check as requested, only to be told that someone having the flu infection is more important, come back in a while, went back, for them to take another customer in for their flu shot, made my blood pressure increase, I walked out. The customer service is very very poor. I’m going to change my pharmacy to a local independent one. Stuff Asda..

   If I could give 0 I would, poor service and management. Lazy and slow workers. Miserable and unwilling to help. Spend all their time chatting to each other not even working. Disgusting service. Never received prescriptions even though they have been sent. Then they magically appear. Never have items in stocks. Should be more prepared and organised. Astonishing service. Should be ashamed.

   The most absurd situation I’ve ever had, apparently there was something wrong with my prescription..? And I’ve been waiting a whole hour for absolutely nothing. Absolutely insane. Do NOT recommend!I am not satisfied with the service at the pharmacy. every month I give an electronic prescription and when I go to pick up half of the medicine is missing. I check with the GP and it turns out everything is fine with the prescription. I go again and in a month they give me another incomplete set. I am forced to change the pharmacy!!!

   I asked the lady at the till if I could collect my online prescription and she told me they were going to open at 3pm and i had to wait when it was 2:59pm. She made me wait that 1 minute. Then made me wait another 5 minutes while she was on the computer. Then gave my prescription which was ready to hand over which took her about 30 seconds to do..

   This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the entirety of Dagenham. The workers are absolutely under-trained. They don't even know how basic prescriptions work. Out of 5 employees only one, and I repeat, only ONE man, knew how to get out prescribed medicine. Absolutely outrageous.

   Terrible pharmacy which is completely dysfunctional. They advertise the hours they are open on a board and on their website which you would hope you could trust but several times we have visited and found the shutters up, no staff, no notice at all despite it being during their supposed operational hours. On other occasions, you find a pharmacist no where to be found and just a regular staff member who is clueless to where the pharmacist is.
