   I love this pharmacy. The staff are always attentive, polite and thorough. They do their due diligence, make sure you know the side effects of your medication and what to look out for. I’m really glad I went to see this pharmacy for myself. Every visit has been absolutely fantastic and I trust them with their guidance.

   just sat in traffic for 45 minutes arrived at pharmacy at 17.55 to find it closed on website it says open till 18.00

   Went in and asked for husbands prescription that wasn’t in last week with other meds. Was asked to sign for it and pick up the following day. Then was asked to sign two other scrips. I said what are these for. I signed one then though no what is this for. It was for the same meds but the script had expired two months before and the month before that. It’s cause every time we go in they supposedly ain’t got it. I said NO way am I signing for a script that I’ve not even received and crossed it out. Another pharmacist came out and I told he what I’d been asked to do. He didn’t look happy and said why has this not been given out as patient should be called if it’s not picked up on time

   Unprofessional staff, especially in the pharmacy department. No proper training or knowledge, plus bad attitude. I have been with this pharmacy for good few years and my patience has run out. Constantly promblems with my repeat prescriptions, you lucky if you get it on time or they have it in stock. Once I was given medication that was out of date, so had to come back again to sort it out, on another occasion it was lost in the pharmacy. Recently, I was sent new prescription on Friday abd they said they will order for Wednesday, so I asked to get prescription so I could get it else where. On arrival to Asda pharmacy I wastold they can't give it to me as Kry-Ba pharmacy haven’t released it. So another day and time wasted. Such poor service, its unbelievable. You can't get clear answers or good enough advice from them . Waiting time sometimes is way too long and quite often for no reason as you don't get what you came for. All you hear is people having problems with their prescriptions. They don't have enough staff to occomadate all the customers that they have, but that's not our fault, they as establishment have to sort it out. I'm very disappointed with their services and wouldn't recommende on a regular basis.

   Wait time etc are like any other Chemists... so not sure why peeps complaining. No issues for my several visits. Friendly and helpful staff. Also they prescribed private prescriptions too. And stock meds that are not available elsewhere. Highly recommended!

   Pity I couldn't give zero, terrible service, staff have appalling attitude. I was given the wrong medication (not the one prescribed by the doctor) no apology. I would hope it is the worst pharmacy on the planet. If anyone is dealing with a worse one you have my deepest sympathy.

   Only giving 1 star because there is no option to leave zero. Service is appalling, they do not answer their phone, prescriptions are never on time and they continually use the excuse that they have no staff. Perhaps they should consider not accepting new customers that have large repeat prescriptions if they know full well that they cannot provide an adequate service. Disgraceful.

   My husband always has problems getting his repeat prescription from this chemist. Evety month it is the same They do not order his tablets until he has run out. I would not recommend to anyone. It is a rubbish service and I presume they get paid for this service
