   Great place, friendly staff. Nice walk in site for COVID 19 vaccination, booster jab and fourth jab. Very easy to do and process is quick and fast. It would be a good idea to have your NHS number or COVID 2019 pass certificates ready, if not then still it's ok. The whole process took less than 10 minutes only. Great service and staff are excellent and very professional, place is organised and clean and tidy. Best vaccination centre yet.

   Disappointing and dishonest service. I booked the Covid booster dose on Tuesday through NHS. The person at reception took my details and told me to wait. He then proceeded to let other patients go in front of me who had arrived later and had appointments after mine. When I approached him about this he told me that I had arrived after them! I have now rebooked my booster with another pharmacy. I would advise to avoid this pharmacy and would advise the NHS to take their license off or put them on improvement plan to deliver better service to the community.

   Disappointing service. I and my wife booked the Covid booster dose on Sunday afternoon through NHS. The guy o reception called my Mrs to confirm our attendance. When we arrive kept us wait with 11 months baby for 30 minutes and refused to vaccinate us as the other appointment was cancelled. He told us a story of waste of vaccine as they had poor attendance. He promised us to rebook the appointment but no confirmation yet and the pharmacy phone is deactivated. We can’t even rebook appointment as it is not cancelled or scheduled by them. Both of us work full time with little baby and I am clinically vulnerable patient. I am so shocked to see this type of poor service from our local pharmacy. Nhs should take their license off or put them on improvement plan to deliver better service to the community.

   my 2nd vaccine was due and I called in to confirm in the morning 9am if any walk in slots were available and I was advised to come around 1pm .I walked in around 1pm and within 5 min my vaccination was done. Staff was very friendly and cooperative and it all happened very quickly Excellent service.Highly recommended for your vaccination.
