   The pharmacist takes a lunch break from 2pm to 3pm if I remember correctly. Not really a review, just a note to myself as published working hours don't reflect this fact.

   I've never had any issue with the staff serving myself, but they always seem to be rather frustrated and unhappy. I'd say this is more than likely due to the horrific management of this Pharmacy. Half the time you call now to check when a prescription is ready and you're told they're not open as they do not have a Pharmacist. Do yourself a favour and switch over to Pharmacy2U and skip the process of using this Pharmacy entirely.

   Shame a single person can bring down the general feel for the place. The staff are lovely there, except for the rude younger girl who tried charging us £20 for a Tommy tippe cup that's £2.99. No apology was offered, and instead was simply rude about it. We often have to visit here for our disabled son and usually receive lovely customer service. I've found her rude on a few occasions now.

   An actual waste of time of a pharmacy. We moved into the area 4 months ago, I had 2 months of nightmares trying to sort my prescription with them. On the 3rd month finally everything was sorted. On the 4th month they told me they had no record of me and they had no Idea what I was talking about. Another prescription, this time they didn't have it (standard, basic drug, nothing niche). While I was waiting I thought I'd peruse the make up - shelves looked like the place had just been looted. Lord knows why they open til 7pm, or even at all really.

   Not had my meds for two months now. Still waiting. Transferring to a pharmacy that works and isn't rude. How dare they shout at sick people.

   I wouldn’t even give this a one star! Always loosing prescriptions and the. Blaming the surgery. When said this always happens the lady then had an attitude!! 12/9/22 o once again they said they didn’t get the prescription???!!! But can give me back the repeat one that was in the prescription. Keep saying they didn’t receive from GP ermine yeah what Asian! A month ago said the same thing. Last my rag today as I’ve a mother suffering with arthritis and no tablets. That’s ok you sit on your stool stock checking.. Never use again.I asked if they’ve had seen there Google reviews and they have and wasn’t the slightest bothered..

   Said they would be delivering to over 60s so asked docs to send prescription straight to them. That was over a week ago and because docs say you can only order when you're down to 1week's supply, I've now run out of 2 of my most important tablets. Tried phoning twice and phone just rings out. I am isolating with my elderly father. What the hell am I supposed to do?
