   Visited on Monday in need of some help with renewing some prescribed medication. Major issues and communication with staff who didn’t seem to even care to check up on my progress, chatted about their lunch, and didn’t follow up on my request after 20 minutes just to tell me it wasn’t in stock! poorly. However a women with a headscarf came over and made my request in 3 mins. Thank you young lady. Friendly and super approachable

   My mum is terminally ill and I have been trying to find a pharmacy that would deliver her medication to her. I rang The Brent Pharmacy and spoke to Rav who was so helpful and set her up on his system and basically organised all her future prescription deliveries. It is a huge weight off my mind knowing that this is now in place.

   Had such a high mark up on nappy cream… nappy cream that is normally between £3-£4 everywhere else is £7 in here. Think it’s disgusting given the cost of living crisis that is going on. Very distasteful to try and make such high profits off baby essentials.

   Service is disgusting. Made to feel like a problem as soon as you walk through the door. Moaned about making antibiotics because they close in 5 minutes. Said they started at 8 in the morning. Forget people like us who also work and haven't been home either and hasn't had the chance to get to a pharmacy because we work also! Very rude and not professional at all. It's bad enough that you have a poorly son and need antibiotics let alone made to feel like an inconvenience when needing medication! If you want to get home sooner shut your pharmacy earlier!!!! Don't moan when people walk in and make them feel like rubbish!!!!!!

   Have been having troubles with my sons prescription for cmpa milk powder which is hard to get ahold of and the Brent pharmacy has been amazing with supplying it for us. They are great help, give great advice and And a real great and friendly bunch of people. Will definitely be recommending them to other people

   I am a carer and have had trouble getting hold of certain medications in my local pharmacy, so have started going to the Brent instead. The staff here are extremely helpful, and very polite, and go out of their way to get hold of what l need. Great service
