   This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Firstly, they place me and my daughter in a 1st floor room overlooking a construction site. The noise from 9-5 was so disturbing that I could not stay in the room. When I went to the reception desk and asked for another room, the attendant indicated that ALL rooms were full and that they had no control of the city construction noise. She offered me ear plugs! When I told her that this information should have been shared with me at the time I checked-in, she indicated that she could give me a free cocktail. She said most guests are out and about during those hours and that she assured me the noise would end by 5:00 PM. Again, I would have liked to be informed of this before checking in so that I could have considered my options. Then, at 10:00PM when I went to shower, I found the shower had no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told all rooms in the hotel were without hot water, but that the hot water was expected to return by morning! This is a five star hotel? Are you kidding me? I can assure you that I will never come back to this hotel and I will make sure that others are aware of the terrible service I have received at this hotel. Shameful!

   Cafe has good range of breakfast, sandwiches, panini, & even some sweets. Their coffee comes with decaf option which is good. Staff is okay depending on who is working at the moment, the lady blonde waitress with pink lipstick when I first tried this place 2-3 months ago was very lovely & welcoming. Atmosphere is also good. Overall, this is not the best cafe in the area, quality of food is not so special but everything is just fine and worthy of trying.

   Lovely little cafe and restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a very friendly staff. The coffee was great. I enjoyed the Mocha (on the menu“Mocca”). The mug was big and it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely come back!

   As a neighborhood "caff" goes - this is one of the better ones. A good range with all day breakfast, sandwiches, paninis and sweet bakes. The coffee is of better quality than the neighboring Costa, and the service-wear is definitely nicer. Service is attentive and friendly. On my visits you could note the bistro has a loyal following of regulars and I'm in danger of becoming one of them. The one failing of note so far is the sausages for the breakfast are of notably poor quality - closer to a sponge in texture. It's not enough to ruin a meal, but it does stand out compared with everything else on the plate. Kids are well catered for with their own menu and a takeaway service is provided for the entire menu.

   My pal and I always make this a stop off if we're in the area. Even though we only have filled rolls and lattes, both of these are absolutely delicious. The staff are super friendly and it has a nice atmosphere, with pictures on the walls of different sights to see in the world. A delightful place to visit, even just for a cuppa. Highly recommended.
