   Walked in to pick up my prescription. The lady barked at me because I didn’t have a face mask. She was very rude. How does she know if I’m not exempt? And if I’m right face masks are not mandatory any more. To my defence this was the first time I forgot to bring face mask but as I never seen anyone challenged before for walking in without one even when it was mandatory I didn’t think I’ll get such a rude welcome.

   Been trying to call for the last two days, phone is either engaged or rings forever with no answer. Have literally spent 15 minutes per hour every hour since yesterday at 2pm. No idea what they are doing but its sure not answering the phone. We are in lockdown so being able to get in touch without having to make the journey all the way to the pharmacy and exposing ourselves to the risk of infection is a necessity. Pick. Up. The. Phone.

   Good customer service when you walk in It's a shame they seldom pick up the phone Extremely inconvenient. Would rate 5 stars if phone calls answered.

   Given the West Hill Pharmacy and the Lloyd's Pharmacy are practically next door to each other - which to use? Personally, these guys are my first choice. If for no other reason, they are much quicker to serve (always seems to be a queue in the Lloyd's one). Also seem a bit friendlier / happier!
