   Just like that they have cancelled my antigen test needed for my cruise with less than 24 hours notice.. was booked 3 weeks ago.now .shocking...in a panic as all test centres booked .

   Wouldn’t even give it one star staff are rude! Refuse to help you and then tell you to come back in half an hour knowing they will be closed! No wonder hospitals and gos are struggling if you can’t get simple advice from a pharmacist

   Would of given it a zero if I could. My daughter had a prescription and they sent her away told her it's out of stock. She has autism and ADHD so would never confront them. They told her to try elsewhere. She did in the very hot weather. I've worked in pharmacy so called up an old friend whom works in Lloyds pharmacy crayford. He checked said yes it's available,ordered it for me she picked it up the next day. Thank you crayford Lloyds. Not sure why they lied at Dartford you all use the same manufacturers.

   Rude staff. Needed my little boys antibiotics and was told they couldn't find it and my doctor's never sent it.. after refusing to leave as my doctor's confirmed they sent it hours ago they somehow magically found it....can't believe these people have jobs dealing with customers who are poorly hence the need for their service... Lloyds pharmacy invest more time in training your rude staff... I'll take my prescription elsewhere in future !

   If i could give them no stars i would. After calling this pharmacy to check they had what i needed in stock i got someone to take me there to be told they couldn't give me the prescription due to a brand name. (I told the pharmacist exactly what the prescription said over the phone!) I was told they would get it for the next day. I called to then be told it would be another day. I called on and off the following day and call never answered.

   Staff go above and beyond to help (even delivered off their own backs my emergency meds) nearly always have my meds in stock and I vary what I take alot due to numerous ailments and flare ups. Friendly staff, easy to access and a pleasure to deal with.
