   Pharmacist is the rudest individual, unsure how it has so many 5 star ratings. I genuinely cannot put into words how ashamed she should be. Following my review I received a phone call from the pharmacist, unsure of how she received my phone number and should it be off a prescription I will be reporting it to the relevant authorities. Again demonstrating that the customer service is beyond poor. Almost telling me that I should be grateful she didn’t shout out a prescription was for a water infection. She asked what happened and then proceeded to speak over me and telling me that just because she didn’t deal with me direct that her loud comments about how I “don’t collect prescriptions” was not an accurate depiction of the events that occurred. Don’t waste your time sending prescriptions here

   I've had a consistently frustrating experience with this pharmacy. They almost *never* have the medicine I need in stock and routinely ask me to come back later—only for the medication to still be unavailable. This isn't a one-time issue; it's a pattern, and it's incredibly inconvenient. The staff seems to rely heavily on one person—Shola. Whenever she's not in, no one else seems to know what's going on or how to help. It's as if the whole operation grinds to a halt without her. A pharmacy should not be this disorganised or dependent on a single staff member. If you need reliable service and timely access to your medication, I’d recommend asking your GP to send your prescription elsewhere.

   I never leave reviews but all I can say is wow! Customer service is disgusting for disabled people also staff have little to no manners. The attitude I received is appalling considering they have a duty of care. I have tried to get in contact with this pharmacy for the last week only to receive attitude and disrespect once the phone was picked up. I am now left without mental health medication which keeps me stable. The WORST pharmacy experience EVER. I don’t know how they are still operating as a public service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   I don't know how the rating is so high. Customer service is appalling they are rude won't deliver to a local area for disabled people I'm going to share my recording of the phone call I just had with my followers on Instagram which is about 1.1m. Daysol a bit of advice go back to college do a customer services course learn how to talk to someone with manors and drop that chip on your shoulder and you will be a better person

   Both myself and my husband are shielded and had no way to order or collect meds. I phoned the pharmacy yesterday and talked to Shola who said she would sort it. Our medication was delivered this morning. Thank you very much to Shola and staff for a very efficient, fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend
