   The hospital needs to stop forcing us to use this pharmacy - parking is costly and picking up a prescription takes 30-40 mins.

   I gave in my prescription and told it would be ready in 20mins. I came back and it still wasn’t ready. I waited patiently for an hour and I went to the counter, it was ready to be collected and although they apologised it was ridiculous that they didn’t even see I was waiting and not acknowledge anyone on how long the prescriptions will be. There was enough staff especially I noticed some just standing around. Service needs to be more efficient and acknowledge patients on how much longer the prescriptions will take!

   Went to collect pain relief prescribed in A&E but it was out of stock! Was told I would have to return the next day to collect it, leaving me in agony. Not the first time I have needed a prescription from this pharmacy and they’ve not had basic medication in stock.

   My husband went this morning to collect a prescription which was sent two weeks ago, Still not ready!! What is the matter with this pharmacy, things are never ready no matter how soon or later you go to collect. Constantly kept waiting, no smiles, now asking the surgery to move prescriptions to different pharmacy which are more efficient and friendly.

   How can your doctor order prescription at 11am still waiting 5.20pm this pharmacist has had reign of hospital too long , seriously needs a decent pharmacist in without waiting 6 hours+Come on Darent valley get shot and get someone in who can cope with job

   What a wonderful pharmacy this is from the staff who are extremely informative the pharmacists and their team are professional, patient, caring, nothing is too much trouble. The pharmacy is well managed and maintained with so much product to buy would highly recommend to all my friends and family alike. Thank you chopras pharmacy

   Beautiful pharmacy, very clean and organised. Lots of great products and very reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to provide recommendations. I have never had any problems picking up my prescriptions here as I have with other pharmacies.
