Stay away. They are the same as AYP. Have just changed their name to scam more people. I phoned them and he said they are 'now separated from AYP and that they are a different firm' (focus on the now that means they were AYP at some point) Also, the name chemist2home doesn't ring a bell on companies house and they were not willing to supply their legal name. Definitely got too many cousins to handle such a shady operation. DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY and time.

They claim same-day dispatch and 2-5 days for delivery. I chased up after 8 days and they said they had a backlog of orders, they still haven’t dispatched but I ‘should’ receive the order by the end of the week. Following day they emailed me to say they had cancelled at my request. I didn’t request a cancellation. Waste of time.

It looks like I'm not alone with the problems I've encountered here. I've used AYP in the past without issue, but I ordered something on the 4th of May and as of 10th June still haven't received my order. Each time I email they tell me I will have my order in 2 - 4 working days, but it never arrives. Maybe there is new management, or a new system in place that isn't working for them, but for a company selling medicines this is unacceptable. To wait over a month and not receive an order is not acceptable. To repeatedly promise a customer a new delivery date and then not deliver is not acceptable. My advice, don't use this company. You won't receive what you ordered and will end up in a painful back and forth with them to either get you money back. I'm now going to have to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back

PLEASE do not buy from these people. I placed an order on 27th April and to date have not received it. I have emailed numerous times and only when I let them know I had raised a dispute with my bank did they reply. The response said I could wait for my order (it should arrive by the end of next week....) or I could have a full refund. I requested a refund and have not heard anything as yet. My bank has already refunded me so I am not out of pocket but it will be interesting to see if AYP do actually issue the refund so I can cancel my dispute claim with my bank. Looking at other reviews there are people that have been waiting a lot longer than me. PLEASE raise a dispute with your bank/card provider if you have placed an order and not received the goods. This company needs to stop taking new orders until they can fulfil the ones they have taken money for.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering. I placed an order in February and am still yet to receive this. I have emailed twice for an update and have been informed both times that my order would be dispatched by the end of the week, however three months later I have received nothing. I have now requested to cancel the order for a refund, will see if I get my money back. Such a shame as I used this company previously without any issue at all.

Not very good , wished I would’ve read previous reviews before ordering. Pretty much the same as most other folk. Ordered, then waited 10days heard nothing , sent them an email , reply was it’s got lost in transit ,we will send another order out it will be with you in 2-3 days , it didn’t arrive , sent another email , reply was we’ve got back log , told them to forget the order and refund me , which they did that’s why there worth 2 stars . Be honest with people in the 1st place , if you wouldve said we have a big back log , in the 1st place that wouldn’t have been a problem. But don’t just fob everyone off with the same story ! Tip for customers always pay on your credit card you have more protection .

These people are scammers. I placed a large order with them. Three weeks went by and I hadn’t received anything. I contacted them and they said that it got lost in transit after dispatch. This was funny because I had not even received a dispatch email from them. They then said they were sending out a replacement order. Another week later I haven’t received anything. I contacted them and they said the order would be dispatched within one to 2 days. They are just taking you for a ride and scanning you from your money. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered stuff last Thursday, and as i hadn’t received a dispatch email i emailed them on Monday, they said they were dealing with backlogs and would be dispatched shortly! Fast forward 48 hours and still not received any notification about being dispatched so i emailed them to say if they can’t post today to cancel it and they have now emailed back to say they have cancelled it which clearly means they did not have it in stock! So i will be contacting Trading Standards as they have kept a hold of my money knowing fine well they didn’t have the product in stock - False advertising is a crime! 2-3 days shipping! yeah right

Placed an order last Friday with 2-3 days shipping, 4 days later and still having no “dispatched” email received I emailed asking why I hadn’t received anything, they email back same day and few hours later I get an email saying my order has been dispatched. Fully believe my order would’ve still been on hold had I not sent out an email. Only buy from here as a last resort, it’s not worth the stress

I recently placed an order with AYP. I had such a positive experience despite the bad reviews. The prices for the products and shipping were excellent, cheapest around. I was kept up to date with emails, and I received my order within 2 days of placing it. I was sent the tracking details which I could follow for updates and the delivery was fast, driver courteous and friendly, products were packaged well. I also sent AYP an email enquiry to which I got a reply and some help within 1 hour of sending it. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly. I honestly cannot fault the service I received. I would highly recommend and I wouldn't be deterred based on the bad reviews. Thank you for a positive experience and I will now be a regular customer!!
