   Awfully slow service. Since the pandemic have to wait about 30 minutes to pick up pills eventhough they’ve been there five days. No idea why they are so slow. Agree with the negative reviews on here. They even sent someone to Istead Rise when I was there so obviously struggling.

   Pharmacies are a place where people come for help for illness and injury, not for unwilling staff to be rude to be condescending towards members of the public. By far the worst pharmacy I’ve seen in South East England, the staff are clearly in the wrong business. The old bag out the front spends her time ganging up on clients to be backed up by a staff member out the back as I witnessed a young girl trying to get her prescription only to be sent away in tears. Disgraceful and disgusting excuse for a pharmacy.

   Never met such rude staff. So condescending and not a care for their patients at all. The old woman should not be working there with that attitude when dealing with people. A complaint will be made about this pharmacy.

   Lady behnd the desk told me they needed to check a prescription for my daughter delaying the disoending by 3 days. Then the arrigant wotsit tried to blame me for the delay saying i was picking up the script on a Friday aftetnoon. Somehow I'm supposed to be a clairvoyant to know she's going to refuse the prescription which incidentally hasn't hapoened t9 m3 before of 50 years of using the ohsrmwcy. Arrigant and obviously mad

   For quite some time I had just turned up monthly to collect my medication, then suddenly I was told that I wasn't on the system for repeats. When I asked what had changed, I was told I never had been and was then called a liar by the very rude Pharmacist. There was then sadly a 10 day delay trying to speak to the Prescription Clerk at my GP's, who confirmed I should be able to collect the repeat from the pharmacist and that had been available on the day I had been in! When I went back to the Pharmacist, despite having my medication, when I complained about the delay to my important medication, she was again rude and refused to accept any responsibility. I had avoided using online pharmacy's because I feel it is important to support local business where possible, however I will no longer be using Meopham Pharmacy.

   Terrible service, no level of care from staff who are rude and unsympathetic! I walked for 20 minutes with my 3 year old (in the rain) to seek treatment due to being in severe pain. I arrived at 12.57 and when I walked through the door was screamed at in an aggressive manner saying the store was closed! I explained I was in pain and unaware of the HOUR close time at 13.00 for lunch (poor management, why would this not be split with staff to keep the store open rather than everyone taking the same time break). The lady continued to shout that they need a lunch break and they wouldn't serve me. Technically it wasn't even 13.00 and it would have taken less than a minute for me to pick up some cream from the side and I would have been out by 13.00!!!! Have a great Christmas!!
