   The Staff there are Fantastic and I have NEVER had any problems. All of them are '100% Human' and 'Speak English', unlike some Medical Professionals...... They also know why my son uses 'Medication X' and make sure there is stock available for him. Definitely ALL GOOD!

   Absolutely amazing staff. My partner’s prescription is on a national shortage and the staff here were so helpful! I’ve never used them before but will do from now on because honestly I couldn’t fault them. So caring, polite and friendly. Thank you for helping me!

   Extremely poor service. Receptionist extremely rude this Saturday. She physically shouted at me as I suggested an error had been made. Funny how their sign says they will not tolerate abusive customers - but OK for them to be aggressive to their customers!! The pharmacist agreed an error was made and still the receptionist would not back down, saying ‘stop going on about it’. Extremely rude, I was shocked. I was given the wrong dose of medication - not something to brush off really, I would have taken more than daily recommended dose if I followed their instructions. I can not find their complaints procedure so have gone directly to NHS complaints. Do not use them - go to Longfield.
