It's a Starbucks, you know what you are getting so all I can say it lived up to expectations. The service was quick and efficient, the toastie was tasty and the coffee was coffee. Did the job when I needed it to, no complaints.
I ordered 2 eggnog lattes via app, I waited a long time. The quality of the drinks was quite bad, when you drink it it feels like it was diluted with water, it lacks the thick velvety taste, compared to other Starbucks coffees.
Poor experience. A 25-minute wait for two coffees to go is not a great experience. The second visit was just as uneventful. The team should be reorganised. Instead of taking as many orders as you can, make sure to get the drinks done first. We were easily over 20 people waiting.
Full of flies. It's disgusting. Standing at the place where you collect your coffee I could see, at least a dozen on the walls. You can't see the ones that were on the lit up posters because of the lighting. They were crawling everywhere. I commented to staff, and they said this "just because people leave the door open". I go to cafes regularly, and I've never seen this many flies in anywhere I'm expected to eat.
Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores. During my last visit, I noticed that the preparation of drinks was unusually slow. Despite the store not being very crowded, it took much longer than expected for my order to be ready. This caused some inconvenience as I was on a tight schedule. I truly appreciate the quality of Starbucks drinks and the friendly attitude of your staff. However, I hope the service speed can be improved so that customers can enjoy the experience without unnecessary delays. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback
Very popular but they move things along fast and there's plenty of free parking.
Lovely and really spacious. The light is wonderful as the walls are all windows.
25 minute wait, found they'd "forgotten" my order. Not a hint of apology. Given my order with poor grace. A couple of other people followed me to find the same misplaced orders, no apology for them either. At least 15 cups etc in a line waiting for completion and they're still taking orders at the till. Complete customer mismanagement.
