I'm a regular customer of Costa, customer service use to be always good, But Janna this morning was so rude and aggressive to me, the way she treated me was really awful, zero smiles zero politeness, I'm really frustrated because her behaviour ruined my morning and my mood, smiling cost nothing Costa.
Clean place, decent prices, and good coffee. Staff were friendly and quick. Nothing fancy, but solid for a quick stop.
Seems like i was the last customer. Very convenient location. Good customer service and nice atmosphere
My favourite Costa in Edinburgh. Great place to study - good wifi, loads of spacious sitting area and very quiet in the weekend. 2 minutes walk from Waverley Train Station.
Really nice, pleasant, and helpful staff. Don't understand some of these negative reviews. There's nothing wrong with staff talking to each other on shift - people have to stay sane at work!
Great atmosphere-nice place and we'll situated, coffees as per the chain standards. Staff was friendly but busier talking to each other than assisting. This on both occasions... Food choice is limited and what I had wasn't great... I'll come back for the place and a coffee tho
We were staying at the Premier Inn hub next door to this Costa. On the way back to the hotel we stopped in for a cuppa. We decided to treat ourselves to something sweet to boost energy levels to find the sweet counter desimated! I realised why when I opened my app and realised it was Friday treat day and you could get a cake for £1. I managed to get one of the last Sicilian lemon muffins which we shared and it was delicious. Moist, sweet and just the right amount of tangy. My tea cup was pre warmed without asking and I was given extra milk when asked without question. The staff were very polite, service was quick and efficient. The tables were all cleared and floors cleaned. No complaints from this customer. Thankyou!
I ordered a toastie, which was burnt inside & out, crammed into a panini box which had caused it to completely fall apart. Definitely not worth the money, definitely won't be back.
One of the best coffee experiences. The place is huge with a wide selection of choices. If you are looking for something similar to south Indian filter coffee try the Flat White. Trust me. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy your stay in Edinburgh.
