   Of all the years i have been picking up my perscriptions from this pharmacy I think only once it went without any issues. Countless times you order your repeat perscription and return a week later to find out they forgot to process and i need to contact my GP. The latest in thei long line of gaffs is I order and return a week later, but they are out of stock, I return a week later they have my order, its in stock but tills are not working so cannot pick it up, return a week later and now they have no record of my perscription or order.

   A big thank you to the whole team of Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsbury. The staff was really wonderful and helpful. After struggling to find the right medication for my 2-year-old girl, they managed to order and get it extremely fast. They went above and beyond to help. I also noticed some OTC medications that are difficult to find in other pharmacies. Thank you lovely people.

   The lazy workers try to hide in the back by pretending to be busy and acting like they can’t see you waiting at the till (you can clearly hear them having a general chat). if they try mugging you off like this, start reaching through the counter and grabbing stuff from near the till, they can magically see you very clearly then!

   Appalling. My son is type one diabetic, the last 4 prescriptions I've had nothing but problems. Once they forgot to order insulin.... and tonight my husband has gone to collect 2 prescription one for insulin I have, then they gave me something completely different. And the women serving tonight WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I WILL BE CHANGING PHARMACY AND THIS IS MY SONS HEALTH AT RISK

   Avoid this place at all costs. Sadly this used to be a very good pharmacy, it is not now. I am trying to get a repeat prescription organised and have been told I will need to wait 3 days, I am going to run out of medication before then and explained this, was told an urgent will be placed on file and to phone back later in the day to check progress. They do not answer their phone. The service is beyond dreadful. This place requires new management or shutting down.
