   The pharmacist really let’s this place down , she was extremely rude and unhelpful , I had to go to another pharmacy to get advice .

   Customer services is very poor. Pharmacy failed to contact patient when prescription medication was not available. This caused so much inconvenience and delay obtaining emergency medication.

   I was treated in a very rude way by a woman in that pharmacy she was asking me about my door number i didn’t hear her i said can you repeat please and she started laughing and was like OMG,and let me wait for 30 min for a medecine that they have in the pharmacy.

   When I brought in a prescription at 9am, I had to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to arrive, making me late for work. This isn’t the first time it has happened and it’s quite frustrating when I’m sat waiting for ages and see her walking in late. Maybe you should advertise a later opening time.

   Staff are really friendly and helpful. They prepare the prescriptions in advance wherever they can which saves you a lot of time waiting. Is a large shop so can get most medical related items there. Only negative is the opening times, is not open when I get home from work and closes early on a Saturday.

   First of all I’m very surprised to see low rating on this fantastic pharmacy, everyone in the pharmacy are absolutely amazing people, very polite n pleasant, always greet you with a smile, it’s always a lovely visit when ever I go in this amazing pharmacy, I have been going to this pharmacy now for over 10years never had any problems or issues. All the staff are amazing and friendly and the service is excellent. Thank you so much armada pharmacy.

   Nice and friendly but they cancelled my earlier appointment for a Travel jab. As a result I couldn't get it in the time that was left for my flight. Had the appoinment not been cancelled i would've been fully vacinated. I would suggest hiring a back up if the only pharmist decided to go home.
