This is hands down one of the nicest coffee experiences I've ever had. The knowledge of the guys and how much they love what they do comes through in how good the coffee is. Also good to chat about the different beans and get recommendations for future visits which I will definitely be making.

I stopped by this little specialty coffee spot in Edinburgh and was really impressed by the quality of the coffee. The drip I had was outstandingly bright, fruity, and full of character, easily one of the best brews Iβve had in a while. You can tell they roast their beans with care and really understand flavor. The only downside was the service. The barista seemed a bit rude for no reason, which took away slightly from what couldβve been a perfect experience. Still, the coffee itself is excellent.

The best cafe that I have tried here in Edinbrugh (out of 4 since yesterday). Baristas are well-versed with the craft and the shop has a few but amazing selection of beans. They also served soda water! Got myself a box. Definitely worth the detour even if you plan to come to the usual tourist spots

The Source Coffee Roasters is hands down the best spot for coffee. I've never ever had better coffee. The beans are always fresh and roasted to perfection, and you can really taste the difference in every cup. The barista is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does, which makes every visit a great experience. He even showed us some pour-over techniques and shared tips to help me make better coffee at home. The cafΓ© itself has a warm and welcoming vibe. It's perfect whether youβre grabbing a quick takeaway or sitting down to enjoy your drink. Consistently excellent quality and service. Highly recommended! Iβll definitely be back if I return to Edinburgh.

My friend and I just came in for take away flat whites. It's such a tiny shop, they make your drink on the same side as the tables. There is space for 6 people and it's cramped. This is an incredible coffee spot. They pull the espresso with fantastic precision and they froth the milk perfectly. I am so happy that I came here and I HIGHLY recommend this coffee shop for anyone in the area.

This place has instantly become my favourite coffee spot in Edinburgh from the first visit. I was literally blown away by their flat white, which was unbelievably aromatic and flavourful. Iβve tried other menus as well (pour over and hot choc) and they were also out of this world. I really couldnβt ask for more.

The most amazing coffee I have had in Edinburgh and possibly the best coffee I have ever had. Fermented beans imported by the shop owner directly from farmers in Columbia and across the world, and then hand roasted in East Lothian. I have had a lot of expensive coffee, but none as distinctive as the brew at The Source. If you love coffee then don't miss your chance to have an espresso at this place.

We enjoyed this place, this coffee and communication with owner of this business. Coffee is really really special and tasty. Good quality for a good price. With a nice atmosphere. Also with sweets, if you want some. Owner is very friendly and created this place with an idea of a coffee spot only. Not a cafe, no other food. Only high quality coffee. Amazing

We headed here before catching a train from Waverley. They use coffee roasted themselves and have excellent knowledge of their product. We had a flat white (pictured) and cappuccino using their Kenyan blend, and both were excellent. A decaf espresso followed and this had an interesting complexity not often found in decaf. Despite not really needing any more beans at home for a while, I had to grab a bag and was glad to hear they offer free postage. There was a small range of food on offer but it's clearly been selected carefully. The jammy dodger cookie (pictured on the train) was very special but the real star was the sandwich. The fried aubergine option was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. The owner is very knowledgeable and shares what he knows freely, helped by the counterless design. This made for a less formal space and encouraged interaction. Overall, this was a great visit and I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Edinburgh.

The best coffee experience every coffee lover could wish for. I love when people with passion do what they love and they do it well and this place it definitely a great example! The ambience and the owner himself were second to none. A must visit when in Edinburgh seeking great coffee! Definitely the best coffee Iβve had in a while.
