Between my friends and I, we got everything except the pansotti and we all shared, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was disappointing. EVERYTHING tasted absolutely delicious. Granted it a bit more on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it. A small restaurant done really well with a very well polished menu, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Go here.
Delicious food - starter of pigeon breast and main of venison cappellacci were both amazing. The only slight fault was the cold greens in the pigeon dish, which were a bit jarring and could have used warning up. Lovely wine, on the expensive side but the Barbers was worth it for me. The restaurant itself isn't really in keeping with the food. Wall benches and plastic seats that look straight out of a school assembly. I appreciate it's an attempt at "casual" dining but I prefer a bit more class in the decor when spending a fair bit of money on a special meal, the interior just feels a bit cheap. A very Bristol phenomenon though, and probably made worse by being seated right next to the pass. The smell of mackerel from someone's starters wasn't welcome during dessert, and the bright light over the pass being repeatedly turned on and off was really annoying. Still a great meal, the food more than made up for the venue.

Really great spot. The food was really excellent - simple but delicious. I really like that the kitchen is open so you can see the chefs preparing your food. Lunch menu at £23 for two courses felt pretty reasonable given how delicious it was. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. Service was very fast, the atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet. Will definitely be coming back.
Very rich in flavours, maybe a bit too rich lol. Focaccia could be better if more fresh. Overall still quite nice. Thursday night walk in, luckily to get 1h table, suggest to book in advance
Love this place…it’s the fourth time I’ve been and every time here has been amazing. Impeccable food and wine with an intimate atmosphere, exceptional service and knowledgeable, welcoming staff. If perfection is in Bristol then this is it. There’s a reason why all the tables get booked up. I’m incredibly particular and Pasta Ripiena is without a doubt one of the best places to eat in Bristol. Perfection. Thank you.
One of our favourite restaurants in Bristol! Always amazing food on the changing menu and we love coming here for special occasions! The lunch deal is so worth it and the staff is always polite and welcoming! They also take note of special requests when booking online and personalise menus which is a sweet and unique touch!
Amazing! Such beautiful food and for a really decent price too! Everything was super tasty, free focaccia bread towards the end of our mains for the sauce and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend!
