   This should be about my third time eating here. Everytime I travel for work, this is where I eat and I go for different pasta each time. They never disappoint Best Italian restaurant to be honest. The service is amazing. I also enjoyed the Tiramisu we had for dessert. I had the Cabonara this time and it was really delicious.From the plate you can tell I enjoyed this a little too much.

   What an amazing find, great food great service great atmosphere, really hard to find great family business like this. If you want great traditional food then this is definitely the place to go in Bristol, if your in a rush go to mc Donald's this is not for you.    I had been thiking of visiting this restaurant for a couple of years after I've heard a couple of good experiences. Unfortunately the food was a little on the dearer side but for great quality food I'd hoped it would be worth it. Unfortunately my next 14 hours was followed by what I can only describe as food poisoning as confirmed by the paramedic that visit the next day. This is my first ever experience of food poisoning and seafood has never ever left me feeling powerless and physically ill for the entirety of the next day. My partner did suggest the muscles didn't seem right but not wanting to waste the experience i put my trust in the chef. The service was good but not nearly enough to look past the horrible situation it left me in.

   This place has been our number one favourite in Bristol! We have loved this place ever since we discovered it almost 10 years ago and we can never stop coming back! We especially love coming here for special occasions! The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are also so kind and accomodating- Jerome in particular continually provides us with excellent service. As soon as we enter the restaurant Jerome and the rest of the staff never fail to make us feel welcome! The food is authentic and well presented, the King Prawn Linguine in particular is our family favourite! Each time we dine at Don Giovanni its always a memorable experience!

   Like a hug from your favourite aunt this place always feels so familiar and reliable. Maybe because I always order the exact same thing, I can't resist those giant prawns that are always seemingly on the specials board. Portions are intimidating (perfect to take those relatives to who always complain about portion size...) and staff are very friendly. Some of those I went with said it was a touch on the salty side for them, and the prices have definitely gone up since the pandemic and endless roadworks around Temple Meads, but I personally have no complaints.

   I came here for valentine's day. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. The restaurant itself is beautiful on the inside! Can highly recommend the Chicken and Mushroom Risotto, Paté starter and Cannolo dessert.

   Great food and beautifully presented.... Menu has a wide range of options. Very busy on Saturdays so do book in advance and expect to wait a little bit. However very much worth it!

   I forgot to review in the same evening. It was a weekday. I really enjoyed every dish but my favorite was the risotto with seafood, Everything was superb.. The service was very good, excellent. Authentic Italian/sicilian dishes in a modern style review. I'm Sicilian and I really really enjoyed our dinner. So well done to all Don Giovanni's Staff.
