Really nice atmosphere there. Loads of light and view to the yard. Warm in winter! It's a uni café so super cheap AND open to public but this institute is card access only so if you knock at the window by the coffee machine with a smile, the barista will let you in:)
A great bolt hole away from the busier cafes. Very reasonable prices with the bonus of dishes being sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Really nice staff! Despite of the being the same café model used in the different Edinburgh Schools, this place is not extent noisy and busy as others.
A modern coffee shop within University of Edinburgh, large space, well maintained. It has outdoor seating area, and it is really nice to sit outside when weather is nice. Good quality coffee or tea, snacks and sandwiches are also available. Service is usually good.
