   Absolutely useless , went to collect prescription and was left waiting for 40 minutes only to be told they would have to order it in , this is a repeat prescription I collect every 8 weeks ,, no more after 4 years of continually poor service ill be changing to vale rd .

   Every time we use this pharmacy the service is a shambles. We understand it can be busy at times, however holding a prescription for over 24hrs and 48hrs in some instances and not worked on it is not acceptable, not to mention the uptight rude attitude of the cashier. What a shame that such an important part of the local community is a let down. Safe to safe we will go elsewhere. After asking neighbours, most of them have switched to vale rd. guess we will join them.

   Shut at 1:00pm… went to pick up urgent prescription as online says it’s open till 4:00pm!!! No note on door, shutters down and this is not the first time. It’s a shambles… as I work Mon to Fri…

   I would give 0 star if I could.. waiting for prescription for over 40 minutes and when I'm asking how long it will be more they answer basically I am not priorities as there is people in front of me. I could see no one in front of me... arrogant attitude and if it does take this long at least let customer know, and let me decide if I wanna stand there for nothing. Eventually I asked my prescription back and will go to other chemist. Very very poor customer service.

   I've recently switched to this pharmacy as it's nearer my home. They are very helpful and efficient and you never have to wait long when picking up a prescription. They also recently gave me advice on how I can save money on prescriptions by buying a yearly certificate. Great service
