As useful as a chocolate teapot. The majority of my orders are cancelled because they are having technical issues, and for some reason I canβt log in on any mobile device due to further issues on their end. The point of a service like this is for it to just WORK and make ordering medication easier for disabled people. They are a technical-debt ridden nightmare and make no effort to fix these issues.

Possibly the worst customer service in the world. Whomever is in charge of it must be a former public sector employee. The phone line only allows customers to deal with a very narrow set of specific problems and the online help is a chat bot that is useless. When everything works it is great but when they mess up and for example send medicines without the correct label on it, it is virtually impossible to get in contact with them.

Works brilliant for me. I only ever had a problem with my actual medical centre cancelling/not doing it on time but I can't fault LloydsDirect. It's a fast and reliable service

Normally excellent service until yesterday. I tried to add my wife to the service but for some reason it could not find her NHS number. I contacted the online support, gave her details and got the message "we will be in touch soon". This was yesterday morning. I have checked 5 times since and no response at all. Anyone else had similar issues? They dont seem to have an email address to contact support either!

Absolutely excellent. I use the online facility for ordering repeat prescriptions and it takes significantly LESS time than my local pharmacy, which makes us wait 14 working days before collecting (and is no longer open on Saturdays so that's just great for those of us who work). This service is so convenient, fast, they communicate well if an items isn't in stock and the progress until it arrives. Delivery comes in a plain brown box. Thank you for a wonderfully simple system.

I am not happy with services at all. Also beside this point I do not know who are they or who is in charge. Time to time they ask me a specific question about brand name that I have never used it. When I look at the Google Map, I see a large building with no signs. Also it is located side to side of many vehicle repairs such as Bola Autos, Ancon Projects, Autoquest, etc which make me suspicious about their activities.

Absolutely useless most of the time. 1) every single time two of the repeat medicines I order, they come back asking for the brand. Yet next time SAME story. 2) you get a multi part prescription, you can only accept or reject the whole order. I have pills I don't need for 9 months in my cupboard 3) one item is constantly out of stock and they keep asking me to go to another pharmacy! 4) and the worst..they don't keep in touch or chase GP . I have two orders unprocessed from 5 March..it's 18th today.

Once very good but standard has recently plummeted. One more than one occasion when already having received a prescription I have then received an email stating that no response has been received from my GP practice and they are therefore unable to issue the prescription.

Do not recommend. They take your payment and then check if they have your medication in stock, which they never do. Youβll then be waiting for weeks whilst they βwait for stockββ¦to then be told that youβll have to download a barcode and ring local pharmacies to get your medication from them instead as they cannot get the supply. Not ideal for people who needed an online service in the first place! This leaves you hunting around for medication with days to spare. Iβve finally given up with them after this happening every time for the last 5 months.

I'm disabled and this service has made my life so much easier. You do wait a while for medication sometimes but it's totally free for me and I can't fault it honestly. I'm grateful this service exists.
