   I feel that ther is not enough support for people that suffer anxiety and dementia also that the cleaning standards are not up to what they should be I have anxiety and hate it Wen some swimmer will stare at me and then I start to panich and realy don't like it I used to also go swimming early and still have that fear of being stared at I have to go somewhere else now private so that I have pool to myselfe now staff at denbigh turn a blind eye to people with illnesses that's why it's not taken into hand more should be done to see these problems I must say this you wer not much help to me Wen I had panic attacks so please don't turn around your story and say u tried to support me mo you did not

   Literally the worst gym I've ever been to! It's small, the equipment is poor and there isn't enough of it, they NEVER put the air con on, it would seem there is no dress code with people pretty much walking around in their underwear, full of kids who don't know how to use the equipment and treat it poorly, groups of youths taking selfies and talking whilst sitting on the machines instead of actually training and nobody that works there seems to care!

   Well, this leisure centre is very close to my home and being over 60 yrs of age ,I am afforded free swimming sessions, so I'd be mad not to take up the opportunity wouldn't I? The pool+ changing area is always spotless. A cafe type seating area has recently been added along with drinks+ delicious looking cakes available for purchase. Not sure of the link between swimming/ working out in the gym and cake, but there you are. My new year resolution is to go every week. No, I will not be buying any cake.

   For me as someone who is not physically fit and carrying a few extra pounds, it's somewhere I feel comfy exercising without being judged, staff and other facility users are very friendly. Equipment is brilliant (in my opinion) and user friendly.
