It's a great gym, been coming here for awhile now but since the upgrade I am struggling as unsure if air con not working but it is very hot, more so upstairs and the drinking water has gone and only seems to be down stairs as have the wipes to clean machines which also need a clean down before use...I am hoping these are going to be sorted as it is a little off putting. It's very modern and looks fab and the app helps you plan your workout and visit great and never had an issue with getting around equipment or booked in for sessions.

Absolutely the best gym i have ever been. I mean, not only are the equipments top quality, but all the staff members are always there to help you with anything. Laura & Liam do an amazing job with a lot of the classes. We have all created a “little family” among us all, and I will say, I really feel at home there. Never have I ever felt so complete at a gym.The amount of difference I feel since I joined in September 2024, mentally and physically, Is evident! Love it here.

Fantastic facility, the staff are so helpful and Knowledgeable, absolutely superb since the upgrade. DLL certainly haven’t held back here. I travel around the country with work and this is easily one of the best facilities I have used, and the added Box12 room, well what can I say, i didn’t know I could enjoy boxing until I tried this. It has a friendly, club feel.

The gym is great, but if you’re a junior I wouldn’t recommend this as a gym, as you can only go at very specific times and those time slots are usually only around 1-2 a day for strength training. It would be much better if they were like FFit Conwy and just let you book at any time.

Great quality gym equipment, lots of room downstairs and even has a outdoor section. It's getting expensive £35 pm now £420 a pa (2023) ,never used the pool, I'd rather that be charged separate so it makes my membership cheaper to be honest. I paid for my 17 year old son to use the gym for a hour with me and it was £10 way to much...i slso have to have my headphones turned up very high because of the loud music downstairs,, opening hours are good that's why i mainly go here.

I use this place on the weekends when away for work. It is open only on Saturday until 5pm, so if I finish work a bit late I can't put in a good workout. I wish they were open a bit longer. But the facilities are really good, nice choice of machines and free weights. Nothing to fault.

Friendly staff, patrons polite while waiting and using the equipment. Great range of gym equipment. Gym changing rooms immaculate. Would like earlier open time. Opens at 6.15am most days and closes at 10pm.

Great gym and a lot of money spent on the venue. The swimming pool could do with a bit of modernisation but all in all, great selectjln kf classes
