A nice and cozy gym with a reasonable price. The space is not very big, but it’s well organized and has a lot of modern, high-quality equipment. It’s comfortable to train here and everything you need is available.

We had my little girls birthday party here on the 17th of August- Kieran was FANTASTIC. In the height of the summer holidays, it was so busy and Kieran seemed to be on his own manning the desk and accommodating our party of 13 children + parents. We were initially anxious before arriving about how well things would be organised like food, cake etc. however Kieran honestly outdone himself- he was lovely and quick to get us sorted upon arrival, he explained how the next two hours would go, asked if we had any questions or needed anything and continued to come and go to our table a few times throughout the party to make sure we were all okay. The food was given an hour and an half into the party- he let us know 10 mins before so we could gather the children with plenty of time. We sang happy birthday and Kieran took our cake and cut it into around 25 pieces and put them onto plates for us to hand out. We had multiple parents mention how kind and efficient he was. He was so patient with the children and just such a nice vibe and person. I hope someone can show this to Kieran as he ran the whole soft play, manned the desk, kept the party happy seemingly effortlessly. Well done Kieran and thankyou. We hope to see you again at another party!

Restaurant, swimming pool, and soft play area. The food was very good but there were limited opinions. The soft play area was really good and my granddaughter enjoyed here time and was wanting to return next weekend. Swim pool was not used but looked we maintained and clean

Just got back from a superb cream tea at The Nova Prestatyn. Excellent food, excellent service. We went to celebrate our friend’s 70th birthday and she has come away delighted!! Thank you and well done Jayne and your lovely girls!!

The beach side cafe is pleasant enough, nicely presented and the staff are friendly, but somewhat unmotivated. The food is average mass catering type fayre. Think pizza, chips, burgers etc, not top quality, but not unpleasant. The issue with the cafe is the service process, it's incredibly poorly managed. The staff themselves tend to be younger people, probably earning themselves some money during school, college etc and fair play to them. But, whoever is managing this place needs to sort themselves out. Twenty-five minute waits, not to receive food, but to queue to order the food, is just ridiculous. The staff are simply not deployed properly. One young man taking ALL the orders, making up all the soft drinks AND serving them to the tables while four other employees wander around, seemingly aimlessly, collecting the odd piece of used crockery is just silly. Oh,and given the average food quality, it's definitely not cheap.

It's a good soft play area for the kids. Multiple slides and rope climbs, plus a toddler area. It's hectic at the weekend, obviously! Don't bother with the cafe, though. It's basically warmed up microwave food that is severely overpriced. Easy to get to by car or bus. There are two playgrounds, amusement arcades & the beach all a stones throw away.

I only use the soft play for my 4 year olds and the Costa cafe for a drink. It's sometimes a little busy, but still a great place to go. Food is slightly over priced but great service regarding order process.

I’ve been taking my baby swimming lessons here since she was four months old (minimum age) and they are just fantastic. She now loves the water. Bath, shower, sea paddling pool. She loves to splash and never has any issues with water splashing her face. It improved her motor skills and she loves the instructor. I’ve also taken her to soft play here (she’s eight months) and it’s nice there’s a separate baby/toddler bit. However, a four year old boy was picking on her last week. (If she crawled over to a toy he would pick it up and throw it away from her, kept calling her names etc) so it would be nice if staff were around to ensure older children were not permitted in this area or stopped this behaviour from happening. Couldn’t find the parents. We’ve had food from their cafe and I wouldn’t rate it. The Costa coffee is okay.

We visited Nova for the soft play, which was fantastic. It was massive with plenty of room to play for hours, also if you decide to go on a Tuesday it’s half price (£1.95). They have a cafe which serves coast coffee and a wide range of food! The building has a swimming pool and gym also included. The whole building was spotless and really modern. Would definitely visit again.
