   The red haired lady on reception is lovely , so helpful. The grey haired one spoke to me and my daughter appallingly today. Ignored us til 12.59 when the public swim was only 1-1.45 and over £6 each. We were then shouted at by her ,in front of other members of public and staff , for walking through with towels round us , trying to find the door that led to the pool. Utterly unnecessary. She could learn a lot from her colleague. Also , pool was freezing.

   Reception nice. Changing area gross, dirty, dated. Toilets even worst, dirty, smell of urine, dated. Swimming pool ok regarding cleanest but water cold. We will not go there again.

   It has been closed for a refurb but it still looks grubby and sad. Apparently they just did the ceiling tiles. Water is a good temperature. I go to the over 50's sessions. 11 am to 12 lunch. Gets a busy crowd but every is calm and gentle no screaming kids to deal with. Just great.

   water was freezing staff wer very arkward with my son who has autism no throwing the ball Wen the pool was empty dirty nappys in changing room never going there again dnt understand why u have to shower Wen public are walking pool side with there dirty shoes on also water was like an ice bath and pool was very grubby no star rating from me first time bk in 30 years looks like still got the same cold pool water in very overpriced I will stick to my local pool

   Not Best pleased after todays episode of events. Walked into a circus followed by a complete lack of respect to myself and my pals. Basketball court was booked and then we were told that it was not and that there was a mistake! :( . Was forced to rebook or have a refund. Not happy 0 stars if possible!

   Decent but extremely cold pool. Went in with children at the weekend and couldn’t last more than 20 minutes. It was absolutely freezing and the children got very cold. It would be much better if they warmed up the water to a better, more human friendly temperature
