   Today early morning i ring al Haramain warehouse and i ask them do you have al Haramain SULTAN ATR0088. They said let me check, and then he said yes. I asked him how much 500ml? He said £180. 12ml £7.50. I said what's your postcode, he said Google it. Then i Google and reached there in 20 minutes. One person came and ask me how can i help. I told him i want to buy perfume, i called earlier. He took me to showroom. And after checking the computer he said out of stock. Price also he said £180 for 500ml but on there system showing £60. My question is if out of stock, then why giving wrong information to people. If system showing £60 then why taking £180 from people. This is cheating. Al Haramain Dubai should monitor them and UK local council also. Thanks

   @abishokoor I recently visited Al Haramain Perfumes in Barking, and I must say your review seems highly exaggerated and frankly misleading. The customer service I received was courteous and professional, and the quality of the perfumes was impressive — exactly what you’d expect from a brand with decades of global recognition. Your review reads more like a personal attack than an honest critique. You claim they can’t be manufacturers or wholesalers, but they are the original Al Haramain — globally known and respected for producing their own fragrances. Are you perhaps someone sent by a competitor to intentionally defame them? Also, if you’re going to leave a public review, at least make sure your English is clear — half of what you wrote is barely understandable. Instead of making baseless claims, maybe try visiting again with a more open mind — or better yet, stop trying to sabotage genuine businesses.

   Been their few times - typically over pricing than what's on the website - and have been overcharged few times & when questioned regarding this - oh sorry the computer mis calculated the items - never got refund of outstanding money but instead get duped into receiving items with no box or packaging that I presume where either rejected or store samples - customer service could definitely be better and more transparent- and some of their items are cheaper in other independent stores I've been to??

   Ordered two fragrances, both I was very well acquainted with however I was very disappointed with both. Both smelt diluted and of an alcohol essence. I contacted al haramain customers services who refused a refund, which is bizarre as most perfume retailers still accept refunds on a fragrance if it isn’t liked, let alone faulty/bad batch or quality. I sent it back and instead was forced with a voucher to use in their store, makes no sense as why would I want to shop again at the same company that is selling below standard products. Highly disappointed, would strongly recommend you do not shop here, as when you aren’t happy or are sold bad quality goods, you’ll be left with nothing as this company does not care about customer service or their customers. 0/10.

   I am in love with this brand. I got acquainted with Al Haramain about a month ago, but I already have 4 of their creations and I really want to get another 2 (Portfolio Royale Stallion and Amber Oud (original)) and I would be so happy for a while. Those three on the photo are my favourite at the moment. Especially Rouge (Red) one. It was very difficult to find it in the UK, but I really hope it will be available soon here! Excellent quality and amazing selection.
