   I have booked a body measurement 1 week ago for today at 8:30am. I ve arrived there and took a seat as reception instructed me, waited for 20min for a gentleman to come and tell me that he is sorry but the person that does this is not on the rota until 11am, that he called him but he is not answering probably he is sleeping ( and laugh ). I did not find it funny when I drove 30 min 1 way to have that done … they said that he will contact me to reschedule. not happened. I ll change gym , very unprofessional

   Really good place to go the gym is excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful Jamie took us around and showed us how to use the equipment and told us what muscle you we're working.He was really thorough and polite. He made me and my wife feel really comfy there. We will definitely be going here more often.

   I have to visit the pods for NHS oxygen therapy assessments usually once a year but it's now been increased to every six months as my health declines. The car parking really does make my visits easier being so close to the main entrance. The nursing team in the community hub really do look after me. If you need to go this team are indeed a great help.

   Please may you pass on my personal thanks to all your team, I can’t believe how smooth my son’s 13th party ran. Everyone was lovely and super helpful, the staff in the pool were fab with the boys and realised and treat them age accordingly, I loved how they tested their capability for the inflatable too! I think you may have gotten a few more bookings from mine as I know parents were enquiring! Keep up the fab work guys. Thanks again, One grateful Mum & Dad.

   A very good swimming pool and the best pool by far in North Lincolnshire. A huge area to swim in for the adult swim. Not that busy, so a whole lane to myself. Bright and clean, and a very good changing village. Only point for improvement would be to have more power in the showers. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

   Straight away we were greeted by a very rude and unprofessional receptionist. For a customer facing role she really is in the wrong job. Plenty of floats for the children but the water was very cold and the changing rooms smelt strongly of urine.

   The children's swimming lessons are a waste of time and money, the teachers are barely paying attention to what the kids are doing and giving them very little instructions at all, its more of a fun slash session for 30 mins which is fine if that what your looking for but id actually like my daughter to learn how to swim and that clearly is not going to happen in these lessons if thats what you can call them!

   The daughter has swimming lessons at North Lincs Active, and progressing well. Facilities are clean. Staff friendly. SEND timetable for people who require quieter and calmer settings on a Sunday afternoon.

   Excellent outstanding service. Food was amazing. A great social space not overly crowded. And value for money .Sadly at the moment is very difficult to park due to travelers taking over the parking area. Now that barriers have been installed is much better. Lots of people attending great atmosphere. Had another visit different things on the menu which was nice. Some days all you want is a salad bowl lush xxx

   I had my son’s 10th birthday party here on Saturday and it was absolutely fantastic. I went for the large inflatable assault course party in the main pool for up to 50 people. We had the whole place to ourselves and they did a swimming test on all the kids before we began. It stretched from the shallow to the deep end and had 5 lifeguards on duty. 2 in the other half of the pool with the large floats, one at the start of the assault course, one at the end and one travelling along with the kids. Kids had fun and adults too as we all had a go. An hour was plenty of time for everyone to have multiple goes there were 23 kids in the water and 6 adults. Really good value for money and my son had one of the best parties ever.
