Great service, I had bought a pair of boots from here about a month ago and apparently they were faulty and the tip of the sole came off. I went in and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and they immediately replaced them. An employee there named Pie was very kind and helpful and got my problem sorted right away.
Great service. I walked into the store today with a pair of boots that I bought in Edinburgh a week ago and which started to tear after only wearing them a few times. Was able to change the shoes on the spot, really happy with the support!
I visited this store looking for size 13 (aka Timberland size UK 13.5) shoes as I know Timberland do larger shoe sizes. They didn't seem to have anything at all larger than a size 12.5, which was disappointing. It would be good if the store could at least stock a few styles in a 13.5 so that us taller people of a larger foot size might be catered for!
The Gentleman with the Beard I believe his name was Mark! Was such a kind, caring, helpful person! Glasgow needs more men like mark if it did. Then I firmly believe it would be 10x the city! Fabulous service today from the two young members of staff who were working. Nothing was too difficult for them and they definitely got a good work out finding varying sizes for my husband. Thank you!
We went in to find my partner his next pair of Tims. Excellent service by Pi, she showed us where everything was as they had moved bits around and informed us about discounts we could be eligible for. Good selection of street trainers and classic boots ready for winter. Great service with minimal pressure to buy that day, I will certainly be back come Christmas!
Its a stunning building with bland window display. Not much to say about inside the shop it lacks imagination when you consider the brand. Pity really do like Timberland just looks lost magic in this store. The window display seems to be more on the brand these days the store is looking better inside what difference 11 months makes. Plenty space to walk about the shop is clean tidy and staff friendly. The image was taken in Sept.
