Good price on trainers and clothing in store. Good stock inside too and range of clothes too. Worth a look and bargains to be had if in the correct sizes.
I Have been visiting this store for several years as it close to my home, I am an avid cyclist but recently decided to take up running and was in looking for a pair of running shoes. One of your colleagues Liv approached me as she always recognises me as a regular customer and is always very welcoming, she assisted me on picking my shoes and I was amazed at her product knowledge, I hope she gets to see this feedback as I also work in retail and colleagues like Liv with excellent customer service are rare to find!
Refusal to Honour Nike Two-Year Warranty The Store Manager refused to exchange my Nike trainers even though I was advised by the Nike Live Chat team that they should be covered under the two-year warranty. The glue on the shoes started coming apart after only five months of normal walking use — these are supposed to be running shoes, so that level of durability is unacceptable.
Good bargains 30-50 % off a lot of trainers. I personally didn’t buy anything as I am boy-cotting Nike for political reasons.
Was in earlier today to return a faulty item. I spoke with a really helpful staff member who alerted the tills and a manager that I would be down at the tills soon. This cut my time down as well as the waiting time for others in the queue. At the tills Nina was really friendly, polite and helpful. I shop here a fair amount and on this day in particular the staff were class, not that they aren’t normally!

Great store. Brilliant staff. Wanted a football strip for one of my grandsons they didn't have it store the sales lassie went out of her way to get it. Only disappointment they don't print names and numbers otherwise 5 stars
