   Just recently bought a kuga from the dalkeith branch turn around was quick and the coming and going from garage with updates were great service plans are also great needed a bigger car for me and a family in less than a week and the guys were brilliant and turned it around in no time at all great car great price and great customer service all staff were brilliant will be back again , wouldn't go anywhere else for a used car

   Not happy with the service and prices were too high. Staff were quite unprofessional. As an approved dealership, I expected more. In relation to Ford cars, having owned a Focus and a Ranger, unfortunately the quality is not there. They are unreliable cars, very easy to break down and very expensive to repair/maintain. They are definitely not worth the trouble.

   Absolutely love my car, was just what I was looking for. Sam was very helpful, polite and arranged for a car from Kirkcaldy. It was all very smooth. I had a couple of queries after I collected my car and Sam responded to these quickly. He also put me in touch with the services team to try and get a clip replaced.

   Had my car booked in March 2021 for air bag recall. All good so far. Drove off with air bag light light still flashing.. Took it back for them to rectify.. On returning to my car it was parked in the street and someone had hit it and put a small dent in it. They tried to deny responsibility saying it was like that.. After providing some recent photos of the car they agreed to fix it.. Just over a year and a half later the air bag light is back on and they're refusing to even look at it as one year warranty is over. The repair to my car is all blistered as well.. Stay well clear.
