The team at Porsche Edinburgh looked after me brilliantly when I popped in last week. Lauren was super welcoming and gave me a private desk to work from while Colin sorted out my Taycan charging. Great service from start to finish. I can see why they're rated the top Porsche Centre in the UK. After visiting local Porsche dealerships, and not being treat very well or getting taken seriously presumably due to being young, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I made a phone inquiry with Porsche Centre Edinburgh and right away Colin treat me with great respect, answering all my questions thoroughly and offering me a test drive of the car I was interested in. Shortly after the call, he promptly made me a custom video of the car highlighting its specification. At which point, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. Haemish took care of me throughout the finance process, with very quick responses and thorough explanations of anything I was unsure about. I decided to drive 3 hours to pick up the car, rather than get it delivered, and Colin made it well worth it. He treat my partner and I very kindly and made the experience very special for us and I hope to deal with him again in future. Graeme was also great. Service aside, the showroom was beautiful and well kept. Hopefully my first of many Porsches from here!
I received a fantastic service from Porsche Centre Edinburgh. From my initial enquiry to final purchase and delivery the service I received from Fintan was exceptionally good. Nothing was too much trouble and he was open and transparent throughout. It can be difficult buying a car in the current times as I only had photos and a video to make my decision. I have to say the car was exactly as described by Fintan and the condition was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Porsche Centre Edinburgh.
