Took my wife’s car in to get warranty work done (car was bought in Perth but Edinburgh is local dealership). Was told none of the faults had been diagnosed and was hit by a £150 diagnostic bill when going to collect car. I asked if the car had been road tested to check the faults as job sheet showed nothing and they occur whilst in motion. Full initial costs eventually covered by the 12 month warranty we have on the car (it took phone calls to Perth for them to honour the Honda warranty) but we still have faults that we need to prove ourselves with photographs/video before they will do anything. Worst customer service I have ever had on any vehicle in 30+ years of driving

Enquired about getting a fuse replaced, but was informed they would need to do a diagnostic which would cost at least £150! Another garage found where it needed to have replacement which was very simple and done for free!

The only good thing about this place is the receptionist, she’s wasted there. I was absolutely sick of using my annual leave, turning up here and being palmed off with my cars issues. Really poor communication too. Got to the point I had researched so much myself that I knew they were talking rubbish. Total time wasters that will happily leave your car with issues and pull out some embarrassing excuses, months of frustration and yet another Honda dealership just took the car , shocked at the nonsense and fixed it promptly under warranty.

I purchased our car a couple of years ago at Car Deal Warehouse, a great experience with a car that has never skipped a beat and we’ve have now had the car serviced at this garage 4 times. Sadly, after our service last week, We’ve lost a wee bit of trust with them. I was called to be informed that all my tyres needed changing urgently as the centre of the treads were at 2mm, the wear indicators were smooth across the tyres and the rear tyres were cracking. The video and health check sheet from the technician confirmed this fact. I trusted this information and went ahead and ordered a full set of tyres. I took the car to my local tyre centre I’ve used for years and was duly informed the front tyres had 3.5mm in the centre tread and that front replacement was premature. Disappointed that the measurements were incorrect and it costs me money.

So good it deserves 6 stars. Staff are exceptional. Great range of new Honda 's in the showroom with differing spec CRV's and Civics side by side. Makes it simple to differentiate between models. If it's used your after they also have a great selection of very clean Honda's. The service department is also first class and you can expect them to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
