   brilliant friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful staff. anyone complaining about waiting times need to think or go at off peek times as a Saturday or Monday morning will always be busy or at lunch times when you have time so do others. been a customer here for years and not found any better and definitely much better then Halfords

   Excellent service. They didn't have the battery I required though they were able to order one. Within an hour from me leaving my phone number, I was contacted to say the battery had arrived. Before I went there I'd contacted Halfords and the AA. Both couldn't help me, low and behold a local Livingston business helped me. Never to be forgotten 10/10

   Asked to have a battery ordered up for me and asked if they would price match with euro. they said they could get close which they did on the phone to which point I ordered the battery. When I arrived to collect it they had bumped the price up by 30 pound, saying oh the other price was before tax despite the price I quote from euro being after tax. (Unless your self employed which I'm not. don't quote a before tax price as that is useless information to me!) They asked if I wanted to send it back knowing that they had now put my in a position where I needed to pick up that battery today and gave me some nonsense about the battery at euro being a loss leader Don't say your going to help on getting the price close if you are just going to rob me blind. Yes I could have left it but I would have had to order it from euro for next few days. Communication obviously isn't this stores strong suit.

   Terrible waiting times even if there’s 1 person in front of you you’ll be there half an hour if there’s 3or 4 in the queue expect to be there an hour + also check your parts before leaving the shop 3 out of 6 visits I got the wrong part that was after calling & getting it ordered in for next day you go pick up your part go home realise it’s wrong you go back they need to order it again for next day you go again so 3 visits to get it right , obviously not impressed when that happens. Good points, they can get most parts & sometimes they get it right 1st time
