   For some reason, I have used MK Auto Repairs on three occasions! We were recommended to MK Auto Repairs and how right the recommendation was. A visit with car, to ask for quote (and amazing that Murray leaves the car he is working on to give you a quote immediately); booking into the calendar. It is good that they are very busy - successful places are! Never had to wait for longer than a month for the booking of 2 days, delivering car at 07.30am on Day 1. I have usually collected mid morning Day 2. Really efficient communication systems including the quote; deposit to pay; final bill on collection. A text a few days before the appointment checking that one is wishing not to postpone the booking. Repairs completed brilliantly. Angela and Murray are lovely people too, so understanding and sensitive. Full of praise for MK Auto Repairs. I hope my recommendation is right for others. Well done on the quality of customer care and how excellence is delivered. This is not easy to achieve.

   Really happy with the work done on my car after I accidentally drove into a wall. Quick turn around (1 day), good communication and friendly staff. Prices reasonable and the breakdown of cost on the final receipt was useful. Would return if I ever needed more work done (hopefully not!) and would recommend to any one else.    MK Autos were excellent from start to finish. From providing a competitive quote to advising which parts would be needed and finally the repair itself, which was perfect. I had to wait a few weeks for the works to be carried out, but it was definitely worth being patient. 5* customer service - shame more companies are more like MK Autos. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again (although hopefully I don't dent my car again any time soon!).
