   I have been this shop for 4th times for same problem. They just ruined my tyre sensor and couldn't fix it . They take off my sensors which was good but they changed to cheap sensors charged me£130. I asked them first visit there is leak in tyre but they said no leak but on third visit they said small leak they found they repaired it but because they threw my original sensor put cheap sensors they could not reset it . I took it other garage they solved it in 10 min. They here just over charged people. They even didn't back my invoice..

   I’ve been at the garage a few times, but I won’t be taking my car there again. The guy at the counter is consistently rude and unpleasant. In the 40 seconds I was there, he was rude to a staff member and dismissed me, sending me to the garage next door because he was “too busy” — apparently my business wasn’t worth his time. I generally do not leave bad reviews

   I paid for an expensive service that was meant to include a thorough check of many things. They gave me a report which showed the windscreen washer had been checked, marked with a tick as if it was working. The first time I tried it, it did not work. The pump was broken. I phoned to ask for an explanation, and they insisted that if it had been ticked, then it must have been working at the time. I am not accusing them of having broken the pump, but of ticking it off without actually checking, and failing to give me a proper explanation. It makes me question how many other items were marked as checked when they were not. I will definitely not be taking my car to Farmer Autocare again.

   I had been this garage few times for my tyre change. I found them the best garage in Scotland in terms to the best customer service and professionalism. The garage manager is a amazing person, he listens to the customer's needs and provide them the best service. I was in today for my Prius so thought would leave a positive feedback.

   unfortunate incident that occurred at this garage While my vehicle was in your facility for replacing tyres. you asked me to come back after one hour and I left with trust. one of your staff accidentally drove my car into a wall, causing visible damage. I had entrusted my car to your workshop in good condition, and it is disheartening to receive it back with damage due to this negligence. This is not their first fault as the same staff scratched the rear left wheel and he admitted. But this time when i went to their garage to speak with the garage manager, he treated me in unprofessional way, he was aggressive, nervous and trying to hide his staff fault while his staff standing in front of me very stressed about what he did but he said nothing. When i asked him for CCTV he said we have no camera! I informed him that I’m about to phone police but again he said you can call police we have no camera!! Anyone with common sense and some logic will look at my car damage and their Rough wall and grey colour will understand what happened there.

   Bought two new tires from here. Very rude customer, was simply discussing the price and commented how it was a bit expensive and the clerk ripped the sign off documents in front of me as if to show a point. Did not speak to me kindly and quite passive aggressive. Also new tires ran out of pressure within one day of use. As a blackhall local, would not recommend this business!

   A satisfied customer! I have been using Farmers autocare for a while for all my cars. They really look after your cars. Care for Alloy wheels are always a concern for me and I'm very choosy re repair centres. The equipment they use for tyre replacement are well maintained and do not leave even a superficial scratch on the wheels while handling it. They do take extra caution. Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff. Craig is amazing! Ample parking space and they have a waiting area with complimentary hot drinks. Worth it!
