   My car was perfect i just gave him for full service and on the same day when the service was done there was an issue that occurred in the brakes. Then i gave him almost 600£ for brakes and front arms but the issue remains again. He is just a fraud he is redicilous I wont recommend this garage to anyone. Now he want more money yo fix the same issue. They are just fraud

   We got our car to get its MOT and interim service, plus brake fluid change and oil replacement. We left the car at 8.30 and everything was ready for 13.00, and we had 2 cars going before ours. They were very nice and friendly and explained every step and got us through the documents as it was our first time passing the MOT or taking the car to the garage in the UK. Very pleased with the service and with the guys there, we’ll be back!

   Outstanding service. Was a little skeptical at first as I've always used your mainstream garages (Farmers, Arnold Clark etc) but it is safe to say I will only be returning to Tynecastle Garage from now on. Their availability to book in for MOT & service was at least 2 weeks earlier than others, not to mention they were one of the cheapest as well. I dropped my car off at 8:30AM & they called at 9:36AM advising the car had passed and was ready for collection by 10:30AM!!! I should add, they have not asked for a review, I am simply a very satisfied customer and not used to such a service from garages. I have been recommending them to family members and work colleagues already.

   I took my vehicle to this garage for a full service after buying it second-hand. After collecting the van they said there were no faults with the van. A few weeks later a friend who is a mechanic came to visit and without any tools, he saw a few issues. The coolant had a leak and the front right brake pad was completely torn and was already hitting the brake disk (this is something that, now I know, can be easily seen from the outside) and that can be very dangerous. This garage was very unprofessional as they basically charged me 137 pounds for nothing as well as putting me at risk by not checking something as obvious as the brakes. So they stole my money and if my friend hadn't come and checked the van I could have had an accident. I honestly don't think you should leave your car and your safety in the hands of a business like this.

   Having moved home, I was gutted that I wouldn't be able to go to my previous garage in East Lothian. After a lot of searching online and checking reviews, I came across Tynecastle Garage via Book My Garage. I am satisfied of the level of service I recevied for a wee Vauxhall Agila that I was looking to service one last time before selling it. Gary, the chap who runs the place, took great care of me and gave me a realistic picture of the car with NO attempts to upsell. Overall super happy!
