The worst dining experience I’ve had in Bristol – avoid Olivio at all costs! I ordered a carbonara pasta and was not given any receipt, which already raised a red flag. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked about my order, and the staff had absolutely no idea what I had ordered β€” completely disorganised and unprofessional. After another 10 minutes, I finally received the pasta, and it was honestly disgusting. Overcooked, tasteless, and nothing close to a real carbonara. To make things worse, the dish was meant for my little boy, but that clearly didn’t matter to them at all. This place shows zero respect for customers, poor hygiene standards, and staff who simply don’t care. I’m shocked they are even allowed to operate like this. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities for not issuing a fiscal receipt and for the unacceptable service. Stay away from this place β€” there are plenty of much better options in Bristol.

Absolutely delicious lunchtime meal a few weeks ago here. The pizzas were delicious and such good value. Both my children had pasta and enjoyed it. The service from the young man who does everything is amazing. Well done Olivio!

I usually come here everyday for lunch and get the spaghetti bolognese Ang garlic bread. I've recommended it to plenty of people. I really enjoy the home cooked clean food and calm atmosphere

Amazing pizza for kids at a great price! My daughter absolutely loves it. Definitely worth a visit!

A bit confused why this place isn’t busier. Yes, it takes a bit longer for food to get served, but there’s only one lovely gentleman working the entire restaurant, and the food was totally worth the wait. I ordered the lasagne set for Β£7.95 (served with garlic bread and salad), which is a good deal imo. Judging from how piping hot the lasagne was, it’s freshly baked, which I appreciate. It had well balanced flavours and a lovely creamy texture. If I lived in the area, this certainly would be my go-to affordable comfort food. My partner got the Chicken Feast pizza which was just as good. Can’t recommend this place enough. Bonus points for its overall cleanliness and comfortable spacious seating. Would definitely visit again next time I’m in town!

Genuinely one of the best pizza bases I've ever had, incredibly affordable and seemingly owned ran by an Italian father and son. Wish it was busier!!

No stars . This place is terrible. I asked for avocado and eggs on sourdough bread. The food was literally sour. The eggs were scrambled but I have never seen scrambled eggs like this before more like a overdone broken omelette. There was a distinctive sour taste not sure why . I was so embarrassed. Horrible its laughable now. Never again.

The food was awful. A waste of money. The sourdough bread was okay. The scrambled egg was vile, if you must microwave it - stir it at least a couple of times! Otherwise it becomes an Omelette. 4 tiny slithers of Salmon, and I asked for avocado as an extra, it was spread like butter, so you couldn't taste it. I couldn't taste the chocolate in the Mocha either. It was pretty clean and tidy, which is why I picked it to eat at. But a waste of money. I won't go again.

Visited a couple of weeks ago after doing a bit of shopping in Broadmead. Had a lovely Mozzarella and Tomato Panini and Salad and an Orange Juice. Lovely food, great value and great service. The lady that served me and my friend was very helpful and friendly. Will be going back again soon :-) Dawn xx

Fresh and tasty, much better than what you expect from foot court restaurants. We tried pizza and a couple of pastas they were above expectations. Owner is a kind lady, recommended
