   Never again!!! Mot at livingston garage terrible service. Had done Mot wich faild fair enough something to do. When get fixed put back for retest 4 days later car been keeped on the ramp for 1h and check all over again wich should be check only the things specified on certificate also £25 for retest first garage i know wich charging for retests. Poor experience

   Took my 14 year Nissan in for a new clutch and hand brake problem. Like most things now a days suppliers don’t keep a lot of stock. I had to wait several days for them to obtain the parts, as I had relatives over from Cyprus and was going to visit them to go out for a meal on the other side of Edinburgh I required a car, the Manager lent me his car for a couple of days, that is great service and will definitely be back.

   Took my car in due to a shaking steering wheel. Told me I needed a new clutch at the cost of nearly £1600. Decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and all the car needed was a new tyre due to the right one being damaged. This garage didn’t even notice the damaged tyre, said absolutely nothing about it. Absolutely no issue with the clutch whatsoever. Appalling.

   Absolutely disgusting garage!! Took my 3.5 tonne lorry for an MOT to be told after they "looked" at it that they couldn't MOT it due to a sticker being ripped off and needed the VO5. Then proceeded to tell me it would fail on a crack in the windscreen and corrosion underneath. I asked why it would fail on the crack as it doesn't impair the drivers vision and what corrosion and where the answer I got was I don't know it just will. Took it to another garage flew through its MOT with no issues or advisory. Total conartisit
