Phoned today to enquire about getting a puncture repaired. Was available all afternoon and told to come along at 15:30. Arrived at the branch for 15:10 to be told no guarantee it would get done today despite him knowing I was travelling from Bonnyrigg. He also said the compressor wasn't working right. He should have told me NO, can't repair the puncture today instead of wasting my time travelling. Will go to Costco tomorrow to get this puncture repaired!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding a very unpleasant experience I had recently. While I was out making deliveries for my company, one of the tyres on the company car got punctured. The incident happened near a garage where I had previously been with my boss to have four tyres changed. When I arrived, I was told to wait, which I did patiently for quite a while —something I had no issue with. However, after being told that it would soon be my turn, I continued waiting. A young woman, the only female employee working there, eventually approached me and simply told me the prices of different tyres. I explained clearly that I did not wish to purchase a new tyre; I only needed the flat one replaced with the spare so that I could continue my delivery route. I also mentioned that my boss would come the following day to buy the new tyre. At that point, she turned her back on me at the counter and said, “Another foreign crisis —another crazy foreigner!” Surprised, I asked, “Sorry, what did you say?” She immediately replied, “Nothing, nothing.” I called my boss straight away and tried to remain calm, but I found her behaviour extremely rude and disrespectful. About ten minutes later, I noticed her speaking in exactly the same contemptuous manner to another man who was in the very same situation as I was. He was also a foreigner, as I could tell from his English accent. It seems rather evident that this young woman is not particularly happy with people who come here to work and contribute. I would prefer not to use the word that best describes her attitude, but I found her conduct completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great service! They replaced my flat tyre with a new one in just 10–15 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient, and everything went smoothly. Really appreciated the quick help — would definitely recommend!

Was in Edinburgh for a visit and just before driving back to Liverpool noticed i had a slow puncture. Took it to this garage and although very busy they asked me to leave it with them. Discovered a nail in tyre and phoned me to discuss options. 2 hours later safely back on the road. Great Service and reasonable prices.

I would have always given this place 5 stars previously but my last visit(s) to fix an oil problem means that I will never return. I came in a couple of weeks ago when oil service light came on on car. They were really busy and ushered me away. Came in another day on the off chance could be fixed same day, no worries when it couldnt be - was asked to bring in first thing next day. Came in early the following day and staff were off hand when I asked to wait for car. Several customers came in after me without appointments and were served first. I waited until 11am until finished, then when I went to the car noticed the error message still on dashboard. I was made to feel small and stupid when I raised this, and made to stand in the torrential rain beside the car whilst they looked at it. Never again, so much for "female friendly". Will go elsewhere now.

Great service. Quickly sorted tyre problems and got us on our way in about one hour. (Kwik Fit down the road wanted us to wait four hours before starting to look at our problem - yes, you can get quicker that a Kwik Fit fitter!)
