Because ulez has impacted on drop in , working from elsewhere but extremely helpful and dropped off part required at my house as they were passing by. Tumble dryer quickly back up and running. Always good in past when shop on high street was easily accessible.
Great service from Gordon on a weekend and at short notice. Instead of ripping appliances out and replacing them, he uses his vast experience to diagnose the problem before taking the best course of action for the customer. Great customer service.
Unfortunately my appliance that needed repairing wasn't one that this company covered. I had initially only left a message on their answering machine. Despite my appliance not being one thst they could repair, I still got a call back, and advice on who would fix my appliance. Absolutely delighted to know where to take my appliance, and very grateful that they took the time to call me back, at the weekend (!), to help me with my problem, at no benefit to themselves. Clearly a company that puts customers, or prospective customers, first. I will definitely use them at the first opportunity. Thank you.

The go to guys for new appliances, especially spare parts. Great product knowledge, good advice. No hard selling. They won't try and sell you what you neither want, nor need. In addition, their call out charges are very reasonable. They've always fixed whatever it has been, or will pass you on to someone who can.
I highly recommend Crumb. My old hob, which I purchased from Crumb 20 years ago, recently broke. So I called them to ask if they could fit a new one. Gordon was really helpful, he sourced, supplied and fitted a nice new hob at a great price within a couple of days.
Needed a heater element for ancient tumble dryer, crums sourced it in a week. Fitted it myself in about half an hour & it's running fine. Fantastic Glasgow institution for those of us who want to repair goods rather than just replace.
