   Shocking place, serious attitude problems with the staff, my partner has complex ptsd and he has just been given his tenancy, I always thought that charity shops were here to help people in this situation, I called to speak to someone about prices and delivery for him as he struggles with interactions with people,now I can understand why this shop is empty ,i try not to agree with people with such a self important attitude but my god I think they practice there attitude problem as a Hoby, I can only remind your staff that charity starts at home ,I think it's in the name heart foundation, witch these people are clearly missing,to be honest I wouldn't recommend the airdrie branch at all

   Not quite sure what’s going on with your web presence which advertises as being open on Sunday so, I load up my car with bulky furniture items and off I trot to your store to find it closed and, not only that, the sign on the timings says closed on Sunday. Need to get your act together as people rely on these websites to gauge availability, in this case totally wrong. If it wasn’t for the fact that this is a charitable institution, I’d be a lot more annoyed.

   The prices have increased way put of line with any other increases. Most of the staff are volunteers, most of the item are donated. People shop here because they want to help the charity and can't afford new stuff. So why take our lungs out with these increases. We'll need British Lung Foundation now.

   The prices are ridiculous. How can they justify the prices of furniture they get for free no wonder the shop is empty and I pity any young people or families thinking they will be able to afford anything from this shop. I've looked up your rent and rates aswell as your employment costs. So when you try to say it's overheads or some other rubbish, please dont. Get rid of the manager and let the volunteers run the shop. Bring costs down.

   Sat around all day waiting on a pick up to call to be told the van had finished for the day. Turns out the person trying to call read my phone number incorrectly, and used a 7 instead of a 1. Not sure why they couldn't have just swung past! I've been in all day! What is even more infuriating is that I had called at 12pm to ensure that the pick up was going ahead OK as I live over 50 miles away and wanted to ensure my day would not be wasted. Shame really as some beautiful pieces of furniture will now have to be tipped. Thankfully JM Rubbish removal are reliable and were able to help! Cleaning my family home is an emotional enough time...... Very poor show, or no show, in their case! They have a star because Alan at the call centre was absolutely lovely when I called to organise the alleged pick ups!

   I'd give no stars if possible. I recently phoned to arrange an uplift of wardrobes, dressing table, 2 5 drawer chests, a chair and metal drawer unit. The guys who came were only interested in telling me they didn't know the bedrooms were upstairs?!, couldn't get anything downstairs (too difficult and "weren't allowed to dismantle"). They did take the little chair and metal drawer unit both of which I, a senior citizen, can lift with one hand. Only seemed bothered about getting out the door as quickly as possible. Very disappointing and horrible attitude ! Never again.

   My word of advice is to inspect anything you wish to purchase from them properly. In the past year I've bought a dining table with chairs and a desk, all were very good quality and a great deal. Not long ago I decided to buy a bed from them and at first it looked decent, however thankfully I didn't use it at all or even put any sheets on them. The frame and such was perfectly good while the side of the mattress displayed also looked good. But I decided to inspect the other side and I noticed a stain on the mattress not much bigger than the size of my fist. Futher up around the middle I notice two lines which had quite a bit of distance between them, further inspection using the torch on my phone I am 80% sure that the stain is urine as it seems to be a different colour than the rest of it and from first glance seemed to be hidden due to the pattern on the mattress. Certainly going to return this and use my current one for the time being. On top of that the delivery charge of £12 was certainly not worth it and I'd rather take what I buy home with me.
