We have been buying reconditioned and new appliances from CDA for years. We have always been delighted with the service. The last two visits have been for advice which we are so grateful for.
Do not use this company! Jim turned up at our house with a horrible attitude, sloppily dressed and stinking of alcohol. Had to turn him away as felt unsafe letting him in the house! Appalling professionalism!
I bought a washing machine on good faith I spent £180 within two months the drum broke & I was told I had misused the machine. Utter crap by the way. They refused to refund or give me another machine. I would not trust these people. Absolutely disgusted with them. Do not buy from them. I have to give a star to get this review on line. BUT THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME.
I recently took down two shark hoovers, i explained on arrival that i wanted the two hoovers to be serviced cleaned and filters to be cleaned out. When i collected them i opened them and noticed that the hoovers were still filthy, the filter was disgusting inside, the inside of the compartments still dirty and the filter at the top was covered in dust and rubbish still on both of the hoovers. I contacted them and all i got back was to bring them down and they will sort it but i will not be going back down as they easily took my money from me and did not do a single thing i asked them to. I would not recommend anyone to use this shop, please look around before you opt to using this service. I have taken pictures if the shop would like to comment back to me.
I called about repairing an issue with my washing machine and I ended up getting great advice and saved myself unnecessary charges. Honest business!
Great shop, fantastic staff they go out of there way to help all costomers great back up for all repairs needed, I would recommend this company to everyone keep up the good work ☺️ guys
Excellent service. Guys were really friendly and efficient, and replaced the door lock on my washing machine in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with repair. Both guys who attended were friendly, and fitted new element very quickly, and charge was OK too. Will use in future if necessary
I needed my oven changed over and the two guys who came were friendly and observed covid safety. They swapped it out quicker an F1 pit crew and were away again. Very good service, and would recommend.
