Called Domestic Appliance Parts for a replacement water valve. The service was absolutely excellent. Ann is a lovely lady, so friendly and extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help resolve washing machine problems. Thank you so much again Ann.
From entering the shop to the repair man comes no to my house, I was met with friendliness, knowledgable and helpful assistance. Anne in the shop organised my spare part and repair. The repair guy is so nice too and a very reasonable cost for repair. Ten out of ten for me.

The engineer that came out was amazing! He came on very short notice and had our problem sorted in no time. Super friendly and talked us through what he was doing which was a great help! The gentleman done it for a very good price, would highly recommend.
I popped into the shop because I was having a strange issue with my oven. I spoke to Ann who offered some debugging advice and we put an in-home repair into the calendar just in case. Well, the advice worked! Super grateful for their knowledge and experience that meant they could help me fix my oven without even needing to take it apart!
I took our dyson cordless vacuum cleaner to Domestic Appliance parts earlier this year. I found them to be very helpful and efficient. I particularly appreciated their honesty about what could and couldn't be done for the dyson. I felt very comfortable dealing with Anne. Oven element went on Christmas Eve and the reality of not being able to cook our Christmas dinner was high. Thanks to Domestic Appliances Parts being open and Anne and being so helpful over the phone my husband drove from the East Lothian through where Anne again with her knowledge and help had the correct part. Disaster averted, Christmas was saved. Highly recommend and many thanks for your help.
Three days before Xmas and my oven element blows, so I ordered a generic replacement online for next day delivery. Turns out it didn’t fit! So I called Domestic Appliance Parts (which I realise now I should’ve done in the first place!) and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent a photo of the old element and the lovely lady called me back to say she had one in stock. I picked up the new element and within half an hour the oven was working again. She literally saved Xmas dinner for us!! I can’t recommend them highly enough and they will now be my first call for any household repairs I need to do. Fantastic business!
